1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RollPreset mobile application ("App"), published under the RollPreset brand by LeadForge SAS ("Publisher", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and must uninstall it.
2. Service description
RollPreset is a utility for tabletop role-playing games allowing you to configure dice presets and display roll results. The App is provided "as is". Features may change, be added, limited, or removed at any time without notice.
The Publisher does not guarantee that results displayed in the App replace official dice, tournament rules, or obligations of players and game masters.
3. Free access, advertising, and Premium
The App may be offered free of charge and financed in part by advertising (banners, interstitials, rewarded ads, or similar formats) served by third-party partners (e.g. Google AdMob or equivalents).
A paid Premium subscription or one-time purchase may remove ads and unlock additional features. Prices and durations are shown in the store before purchase.
4. In-app purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed exclusively by Apple App Store and/or Google Play. You contract directly with the relevant platform under its own terms.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, all in-app purchases and subscriptions are firm, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once confirmed by the store, including when you stop using the App or when a feature changes.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google according to their policies. The Publisher cannot override store decisions.
5. User obligations
You agree to:
- use the App lawfully and in good faith;
- not attempt to bypass limits, security, or payment systems;
- not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the App or its content;
- provide accurate information when required.
You are solely responsible for how you use roll results during your games.
6. Intellectual property
The App, RollPreset brand, interfaces, graphics, 3D models, texts, code, databases, and documentation are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors.
No licence is granted other than a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private purposes.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profit, gaming disputes, or consequences of reliance on displayed results.
If liability is established, total compensation owed by the Publisher shall be limited to the amount you paid to the Publisher in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or EUR 10 if you only use the free version.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or discontinue access to the App at any time for maintenance, security, legal, or economic reasons, without compensation.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling subscriptions in the store.
9. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. You may exercise your rights by contacting support@rollpreset.com.
10. Changes, law, and disputes
We may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force when you use the App after publication in the App.
French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Failing amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Rennes Commercial Court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
