2. Data we collect
Depending on your use, we may process:
- technical data (device model, OS, language, diagnostics);
- App preferences (theme, locale, settings) stored locally on your device;
- preset and roll history data stored locally;
- advertising identifiers and ad interaction data via our ad partners;
- purchase status (Premium) via the stores, without access to your banking details;
- messages you send to support.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Processing is carried out to:
- provide and improve the App (contract / legitimate interest);
- manage subscriptions and ads (contract / consent / legitimate interest);
- ensure security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest);
- comply with legal obligations.
Where consent is required (e.g. personalized advertising), you may refuse or withdraw it in device or App settings.
4. Advertising and trackers
Ad partners may use identifiers, cookies, or SDKs to measure audiences, limit ad frequency, and personalize ads if you consent. Partner privacy policies (Google, etc.) also apply.
You can reset advertising IDs or refuse personalization in your device settings.
5. Retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Server or support data is kept for the time necessary for the purposes, then deleted or anonymized, unless law requires longer retention.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be accessed by hosting, analytics, advertising, and payment providers acting as processors, including outside the EU when required. Appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, etc.) are implemented where applicable.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (CNIL in France: www.cnil.fr).
